Value-Based Prescription Drug Plan Design
Faculty, staff and their dependents actively participating in ongoing calls with a CareAllies Care Coordinator for management of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes and heart disease (Coronary Artery Disease or Congestive Heart Failure) are eligible for the new Value-Based Prescription Drug Plan Design in 2009.
