Guys: So You Think You’re in Your Prime: How to Stay There (Or Get There)
June 5, 2013 from noon to 1pm (webinar)
June is Men’s Health Month. Every year, more than 100,000 men between the ages of 35 and 60 die of heart-related diseases alone. Will you be one of them? It is common for younger men to feel invincible with regard to their health risks. And quite frankly, we know your health may not be high on your priority list right now. What we do know is that as time goes on, being healthy won’t get any easier. Join us for this webinar to learn how to get in shape, eat well, and feel better. Mike Cahill (MHA) and Matthew Harman (Pharm.D) of the OSU Health Plan will lead the discussion. Click here to schedule your participation.
*The workshop has proven quite popular, so if you’ve taken this class before, allow your campus colleagues who are new to the practice to have an opportunity to experience the class.
