Experience the Fun at Rally for Wellness! September 14 at RPAC

10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Be a healthy Buckeye and enjoy the festivities for the 10th anniversary celebration of the Rally for Wellness! Health Fair Wednesday, September 14, 2011, from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Recreational & Physical Activity Center (RPAC). Over 70 health and wellness exhibitors will be on hand offering faculty and staff complimentary screenings, giveaways, chair massages, workshops, demos, health coaching, and various health tests, including those for blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol.

New to the Health Fair will be a tantalizing marketplace of retail exhibitors including Zen Cha Tea Salon, North Market Spices, Bird Haven Farm Fresh Produce, Snowville Creamery and Mockingbird Meadows Honey. So bring your wallet! Also enjoy the photo fun and laughter will be The Columbus Photo Booth Company offering complimentary photo sittings for attendees.

Your Plan for Health (YP4H) Personal Health Coaches & Biometric Health Screenings

On site again this year will be YP4H Personal Health Coaches who will visit with you about a health coaching program that’s right for you. YP4H Biometric Health Screenings will also be available where preregistration is encouraged at YourPlanForHealth.com. Remember, you must complete the YP4H Personal Health Assessment (PHA) for Faculty & Staff Incentive Program eligibility, so be sure to get your biometric values to complete the PHA while at the Health Fair.

The Red Cross and Workshops

The Red Cross will also host a blood drive at the Health Fair from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Appointments are encouraged where you can call (800) GIVE-LIFE or visit Givelife.org (sponsor code: buckeyes) to schedule an appointment. (The need is great this fall, so please donate if you are eligible.)
